Shannen Gallagher, from the Pine Hill Pioneers, is headed to this year's Career Explorations down at Cornell University. She will participating FREE of cost thanks to the funds raised by Tractor Supply Company.

Career Explorations is a three-day event for youth on the Cornell University campus. The purpose of this conference is to provide youth with exposure to academic fields and careers, to develop leadership skills, to provide hands-on experience in a college setting, and to introduce youth to Cornell University. The event is made up of two grade specific tracks: University U for youth entering grades 8 & 9 and Focus for Teens for youth entering grades 10-12.

Conference Date: June 27-29, 2017

Location: Cornell University, Ithaca, NY

Participant Arrival: 10 A.M. - 12 P.M. on June 27th

Participant Departure: 2:30 P.M. on June 29th

Cost: $260 per person. Please note: transportation to and from the event is at the participant's own expense. Some CCE Associations charge additional fees to cover these transportation & chaperone expenses.

Registration: Opens March 27th, closes June 1, 2017

Program Tracks:

  • University U: teens entering 8th - 9th grades
  • Focus for Teens: teens entering 10th - 12th grades
