Making Pasta with a Hand Crank Machine

Learn to make pasta using a hand crank machine. Longtime farm-to-table chef Josh Taillon will also share some simple sauces to top the pasta we'll share.
This series is called Big Spoon @ the Harvest Kitchen: Savory Essentials. Each class features a different talented cook from Big Spoon Kitchen in Potsdam. These new workshops all feature ingredients grown or raised in the North Country and includes hands-on opportunities, samples, and recipes.
