Mastering the Flaky Pie Crust

Join co-founder of Big Spoon Kitchen, Rose Rivezzi to learn her quick and flaky crust recipe with the food processor. The crusts will be then used for savory, free form entrees called galettes.

This series is called Big Spoon @ the Harvest Kitchen: Savory Essentials. Each class features a different talented cook from Big Spoon Kitchen in Potsdam. These new workshops all feature ingredients grown or raised in the North Country and includes hands-on opportunities, samples, and recipes.
