Round & Yummy: Vegetable and Meatballs

Will Trithart, co-founder of Big Spoon Kitchen, is passionate about preparing amazing meals with ingredients grown in the region. Join him to learn a meat based and the second vegetable based. The tasting will include sauces.
This series is called Big Spoon @ the Harvest Kitchen: Savory Essentials. Each class features a different talented cook from Big Spoon Kitchen in Potsdam. These new workshops all feature ingredients grown or raised in the North Country and includes hands-on opportunities, samples, and recipes.
