House Made Chips with Flavorful Dips

Here's a fun and flavorful evening, to dive into creating memorable spreads such as roasted beet dip and whipped feta along with preparing the pita chips and crostini to enjoy them with. Instructor Steve Greco has a knack for creating quality appetizers.

This series is called Big Spoon @ the Harvest Kitchen: Savory Essentials. Each class features a different talented cook from Big Spoon Kitchen in Potsdam. These new workshops all feature ingredients grown or raised in the North Country and includes hands-on opportunities, samples, and recipes.
