Are you looking for answers about creating food products? Cooperative Extension provides technical assistance for individuals or producers to start their own food business or expand an existing business. This assistance includes both 1-1 meetings with Extension Specialists as well as educational programs that target specific needs of the burgeoning food entrepreneur.
Flip has her Food Safety Managers Training certification and has completed Better Process Control School, for high acid and acidified foods along with other trainings including Baskets to Pallets, Food Regulations for Very Small Food Processors, Produce Safety Alliance Grower training, and Annie's Project.
