Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County offers
free and low-cost programs to support healthy eating, a physically active lifestyle, and overall wellness. You are invited to join us!
Programs Across St. Lawrence County
We offer a variety of health and wellness programs in partnership with locations around the county. A sample includes (subject to change):

Community Workshops: Classes held in collaboration with organizations throughout the county. Look for us at your local library or the site of your favorite community agency.

Fruit and Vegetable Prescription Program (FVRx): A series of nutrition workshops paired with vouchers redeemable for fresh produce. Participating healthcare providers and community partners refer eligible adults to FVRx. Learn more here.

K-12 School and Afterschool Classes: Interactive sessions led right in the classroom, available to eligible schools.

Older Adult Programs: Classes such as Bingocize, line dancing, and technology support offered in various locations. Contact St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging to register or reach out to us to learn more.

Social Care Services Project: Connecting Medicaid members to services such as food, housing, and transportation. Learn more here.
