Break up the long winter by gathering with fellow farmers and food business owners to enjoy good conversation and company. Bring a dish to share and Extension will provide appetizers sourced from Big Spoon Kitchen along with a variety of refreshments.
There is no explicit agenda for the event, but educators in the Ag and Food System department will be on hand to chat with folks and we'll have details of upcoming programing and initiatives. Participants are also welcome to tour the Harvest Kitchen and learn about the Fresh-cut Farm to School Program that processes 2,000+ pounds a week of local produce.
Location: Front Classroom and next door Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm
Audience: Farmers, food producers, food entrepreneurs, food system workers
