Get ready for the upcoming growing season by learning a new skill this winter! In this hands-on workshop participants will learn how to use the water bath canning method to preserve food.
Every class participant will have a chance to work in a small group to make a pickled vegetable recipe, as well as take home a jar and recipe resources. The workshops also includes the background information about food safety
Class is taught by Harvest Kitchen Manager Flip Filippi, along with Master Food Preserver volunteers.
