Poultry Pullorum Testing

Janet Collier from New York State Ag & Markets will be at the Gouverneur Fair grounds on, Tuesday, July 15^th, from 4:00 – 6:30, to do pullorum, testing on any poultry to be shown at the County or State Fair this year. NY County Fairs and the NY State Fair exhibitors showing poultry need a NPIP pullorum free certificate for their flock or a receipt to prove that any birds they plan to show came from an NPIP pullorum clean flock within the past year or proof that each bird tested negative for pullorum disease within the past 90 days. This is a free test.
