Ag & Food Producers and Food Businesses Survey

Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County (CCE SLC) is conducting a survey of farmers, agricultural workers and managers, and food entrepreneurs. Help us better understand the issues you face and your needs, so we can improve our programming. Please help us on our mission by completing this very brief survey.

Each person who completes the survey, has the option to enter a drawing for a chance to win $100 gift card to local SLC business of the winners choosing. The drawing will take place at the close of the survey on March 31, 2025.

Responses will be kept confidential and never be associated with a particular farm or person.
