Mindfulness is a technique that helps people to focus their awareness on the present moment. It helps you to manage stress by helping you to be aware of and accept your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Mindfulness is fun to do outdoors because you can also focus on what is going on around you in the present moment!
