Tractor Maintenance and Safety Workshop

• Saturday, April 13, 2024, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

One-day course for tractor operators enabling them to undertake routine maintenance of their machines and covering basic safety. Lunch will be provided for all participants. Course will take place in the Extension Learning Farm shop.

Instructor: 

Course will be taught by Phil Palleschi, instructor at St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES Ag Academy. Phil has a background in Ag mechanics and small engines.

Topics Covered: 

• Basic safety
• Preventative maintenance
• Pre-operation checks
• Basic maintenance
• Small repairs for your home tractor.
