While lemon bars are the most well-know version, fruit curds can be make with a whole range of fruits available in northern New York. Tune into this live online class to learn about these methods from Rose Rivezzi of Big Spoon Kitchen. The class will be filmed live from the Harvest Kitchen. If you register ahead of time you will receive the recipe and have the choice to make it with us in real-time from the comfort of your own home!
The class will take place on Zoom and all registrants will recieve the recipes and workshop recording.
