Learn to Make Turkish Nut Cookies Kalburabastis

  • Monday, December 6, 2021, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Tune in to learn from Ceyda Onaran Kartal, a Turkish mechanical engineer passionate about cooking. Ceyda will guide us in a cultural immersion using a classic Turkish dessert to guide the journey. The kalburabasti is a nut filled cookie, drenched in a homemade syrup and enjoyed with an additional flurry of nuts on top. The session will introduce participants to every step of the process. Participants can choose to tune in live for fun or pre-register to receive the recipe so you can source the ingredients ahead and bake alongside us from the comfort of your home. Join our energetic host and learn a new recipe!
