Janet Collier, Animal Health Inspector from New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets, will be at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Learning Farm on Monday, July 23rd from 4:30-5:30 to do Pullorum testing on any poultry to be shown at any Fairs in New York State. All poultry with the exception of doves, pigeons and waterfowl to be shown must be accompanied by results of a negative pullorum typhoid test conducted within 90 days prior to exhibition. Birds must be identified by an official leg band. Call or email Amy by Thursday, July 19th, to sign up for this test.
