There will a Poultry Clinic on Tuesday, July 3rd, at 6:00, in the Poultry Barn at the Gouverneur Fair Grounds. John Hunter will be the instructor for this class. Main topics will be tips how to prepare your bird for the Fair and Showmanship. Please bring a chicken to practice with. Call or email Amy by June 28th to register for this free clinic. This clinic is open to any 4-H'er planning to show poultry at the Fair. .
