Sheep & Goat Fecal Sample Night

Bring a sample from individual animals in your flock. We will learn how to run them and see what is lurking in the manure. Collect a fresh sample from behind a sheep or goat – one of the best times is when they first get up in the morning. You can tell its fresh by the temperature. Use gloves or plastic spoons and put them in zip lock bags. Refrigerate samples unless you are collecting them just before you leave for the meeting.
