Come learn how to grow delectable shiitake mushrooms at home, and leave with an inoculated log that will produce shiitakes for several years!

Three Dates Available:

Saturday, April 14, and Saturday, April 28, and Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 9AM to 1PM. Join instructor Mike Corse at Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Learning Farm in Canton a hands-on workshop on raising shiitake mushrooms. No experience necessary.

Mike Corse has owned and operated Pierrepont-based Deep Root Mushroom Farm since 2010, and has completed a number of formal training programs with nationally-recognized mushroom experts. Program cost is $20.00, which includes an inoculated log for each participant.
