Catering & Prepared Foods: Tips for Success

This is an exciting panel, and the first of its kind in St. Lawrence County. Discussion featuring regional caterers, farmers and kitchen managers. These food entrepreneurs are located across the North Country and include varying degrees of local ingredient sourcing in their products.  

The audience will have the opportunity to hear their stories as well as the details of ingredient sourcing, permits, marketing, customer service and operating from a shared kitchen. A simple meal will be served and there will be ample time for questions. Event is free but pre-registration is required.
