* Join us for a tour of the Cook family farm in Potsdam. Formerly a dairy farm, the farm is now home to a beef herd. Hereford is the primary breed with some Angus crossing.
* Adam has been improving fields into rotational pastures.He uses strip grazing to provide high quality feed to his lactating cows and calves. Find out how we use the Rising Plate Meter to measure pasture Dry Matter.
* Adam is participating in a NNY Ag Development project looking at the efficiency of different size cattle. We will talk a little bit about that as well.
