Session 1: Preserving the Berry Patch: Flavorful Jams for your Pantry

This workshop features 3 recipes that all differ in ingredients and types of pectin. This includes use of both fresh and frozen berries as well as instruction in making jams with full and low sugar, including use of natural sweeteners like honey.
