This is a free, hybrid session with options for in-person or online attendance.
Winter is an excellent time to plan for the following season. Extension is offering an interactive session for people who would like to start a farm or are considering scaling up to sell products to others. Five educators will introduce their area of specialty, cover some common questions in that topic and then open it up to questions from the group. Before the close of the session, the in-person participants will be able to talk directly with the educators based on the topic area most of interest to them.
This is open to attendees interested in a wide array of agricultural products including produce, livestock, dairy, flowers, as well as value added goods such as maple products, honey, jams, pickles, prepared foods and more.
Attendees have the choice to submit questions ahead of time in the registration. Find sign-up below.
