Ag and Food Producers Academy offering scheduled for January to March

This track is geared toward entrepreneurs looking to start a ready-to-eat food business, exploring both mobile (food truck/cart) and brick-and-mortar models. Participants will learn product/menu development skills and gain an understanding of food business operations from start to launch.
This course is taught by Mike Myers, Food Systems and Taste NY Program Manager for Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County.
