Get ready to stir up fun and creativity in our hands-on Create-N-Eat youth series—where food meets fun! Kids will explore the world of healthy eating through colorful crafts, interactive cooking, and tasty, good-for-you treats they make themselves. Each session blends the magic of nutrition with exciting DIY projects, helping young chefs and creators discover how fueling their bodies and minds can be both delicious and delightful

Workshops will be held Wednesday evenings in July from 5-6 pm & are open to youth 8-15 years old. $15 per youth per workshop or $50 for all 4 workshops. Registration required. Cost includes all craft materials and food demonstrations!

July 9th, 5-6 pm

Food Waste Fighters & DIY Aprons
July 16th, 5-6 pm

Join the mission to fight food waste in fun and creative ways—then roll up your sleeves and design your own apron using fruit stamps you make yourself

Taste the Rainbow & Rock Your Own Charm Bracelet
July 23rd, 5-6 pm

Explore the fun of eating a rainbow of colorful fruits and veggies—then design a bright, fruit-and-veggie-inspired charm bracelet to show off your healthy style!!

Workshop 4: Snack Attack & Edible Flower Fun
July 30th, 5-6 pm

Discover tasty and creative ways to snack on fruits—then craft your very own beautiful (and totally edible!) fruit flower bouquet to enjoy and show off.
