Instructor Bio: 

Matt Wendig owns and operates Spring House Farm in Parishville NY along with his wife Natalie and three children. The farm is a diversified direct market farm and homestead raising poultry, pork, and mixed vegetables. Matt’s experience started both on the farm and working in restaurants driving a passion for simple, high quality home style food. Matt enjoys sharing his techniques, equipment ideas and experiences so everyone can feel comfortable with their next food adventure.
