Life is too short for ordinary snacks! Teens (12-19 years old) are invited to expand their snack choices with inspiration from French cuisine. Proper knife skills will be introduced/encouraged for teens to gain confidence with food preparation. Food safety and healthy eating tips will be highlighted during the snack preparation. Each attendee will leave with their own charcuterie box to take home.
Registration is required and the deadline to do so is Sunday, April 28th.
