Open House at Eye on the Sparrow Farm

Description: On Sunday, stop by the farm for an open house with tours of the garden, greenhouse, horses, and shingle mill operation.

Parking: Park in the Farm Driveway (Approx. 10 vehicles). Extra parking can be accessed if necessary.

Farm Bio: Eye on the Sparrow Farm is a small, family owned, multi-powered (draft horse/tractor) farm located in Winthrop, NY. We farm using organic methods. Currently we produce a variety of small fruits and vegetables, eggs, baked goods, hay and cedar shingles. This year we are expecting a harvest of extended season strawberries grown in raised beds in our high-tunnel/greenhouse.

Special instructions: Please wear comfortable, closed toed shoes and weather appropriate dress. Pets are not allowed on the farm due to the possibility of startling/frightening the horses. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult throughout the visit (large animals, machinery).
