Farm Bio: Our main focus is growing heirloom and uncommon apples with over 140 varieties in our orchards. We currently have over 16 acres of trees which expands every spring with new plantings. We have a new apple pressing facility we call the Cider House, where our original cider, apple cranberry, summer apple and other flavors are made. We UV treat as to preserve the natural flavor of apples and we never add sugar, preservatives and other additives to our juice! We also maintain the former Merkley Farms blueberry patch in Lisbon which we make available for u-pick and pre-picked at our Orchard Store. Our location is a place for other local growers to make their produce available. At our Orchard Store, we typically have seasonal vegetables, eggs, honey and other local produce. When the timing is right, we provide popular fruits like peaches and nectarines by sourcing them directly from orchards in NY State in order to provide the most fresh produce possible.
