Business Bios:
St. Lawrence Nurseries is an organic tree nursery specializing in cold-hardy fruit and nut trees, berry bushes, and other perennial plants. We ship to all 50 states, but our trees are especially suited to our North Country and Adirondack climate. We are celebrating our 100th year of business this year!
Flying Lotus Yoga owner Kelly Burnham says, “I think the most important takeaway about my business is that it’s all about self-care. Self-care is not something we can just do on Sundays and expect it to last our lifetime. It really should be a priority in our everyday, whether that’s eating healthy or healthy movement. Taking time out for meditation or taking time out to get to know the people growing your food, that’s all part of self-care. We need to take care of ourselves in a balanced and regular way. And that’s what Flying Lotus is here to help with.”
