Tree Identification Walk

With Master Gardener Volunteers Brad Pendergraft and Linda Moerschell as guides, participants will stroll through the Clarkson Woods and learn to identify trees common in St. Lawrence County. For at least 16 different varieties of deciduous and evergreen trees, Brad and Linda will delve into folklore, history, medicine, and myth. The last half hour will be about the future of our trees with special guest Ryan Burkum, a local ISA Certified Arborist. Sign up early, space is limited to 12. 

Dress for bugs and mud – easy to moderate hike of about 1 mile
