Brighten your winter by learning a new skill at the Making and Preserving Berry Jams workshop! In this hands-on class, participants will use local frozen berries from last season’s harvest to make jam.
Every class participant will work in a small group to make the jam, as well as take home a jar and recipe resources. The workshop includes background information about food safety.
The class is led by Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County including Harvest Kitchen Manager Flip Filippi, along with Master Food Preserver volunteers.
