Making Sausage Workshop

Join craft butcher and specialty meal enthusiast Jon LaClair for a delicious sausage making workshop. Jon serves up a rotating variety of meats, and lunches at his butchery and eatery shop Hoof and Horn as well as makes unique rotating sausage flavors in house, flavors range from Cherry and Thyme, Chorizo Verde and Garlic Knot. Come learn the magic in deciding how to prep, pick flavors and stuff a homemade sausage. Workshop will be hands-on in the kitchen at the TAUNY Center in downtown Canton.
