In response to advice we are receiving from local health agencies and Extension administration regarding the COVID-19 virus, Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County is canceling this program. 

Josh Taillon will share techniques to increase your comfort in the kitchen while utilizing whole foods and local ingredients. Josh has been executive chef in two farm-to-table restaurants and excited to open his own establishment in Spring 2020.

This workshop is one in a four-part series called Farm-to-Table with Josh Taillon. These workshops all feature ingredients grown or raised in the North Country and include hands-on opportunities, samples, and recipes.
