The owners of Cedar Hedge Farm in Lowville are offering two classes in the Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm. The afternoon session Cooking and Baking with Goat Cheeses from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm still has openings. The morning session, Making Chevre and Feta is full, call 315-379-9192, ext. 240 if you would like to be placed on the waiting list. Classes are capped at 12 participants.
