Swine 101 Workshop

Come to an information packed meeting about raising and marketing swine. Jason Detzel, CCE Ulster County and Jake Ledoux, CCE Jefferson County will be presenting. We will also have a panel of local producers including Pat and April St. Onge of Pat and April's Pork and Aaron Caiazzo of Kate Mountain Farm present to tell about their experiences raising pigs and to answer questions.
Discussion will include: Farrowing Systems, Farrowing and early piglet care, housing and fencing, and marketing. There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions.
Pre-registration is requested, but not required.
