Cranberry Delight

Learn to preserve cranberries in several delicious ways and get tips for how to use your goodies! Preservation techniques include water bath canning and freezing. Supplies donated by Nature’s Storehouse.

This course is part of the Harvest Kitchen Preservation Series, which focuses on seasonal recipes, produced in a flavorful and safe way. The workshops features a variety of preservation methods including water bath and pressure canning, freezing, drying and fermenting- along with tips for how to use these preserved goods. The produce is sourced from local farms with other ingredients generously donated by Nature's Storehouse. The courses are taught by Extension educators and/or Master Food Preserver volunteers and are held in the Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm in Canton.
