Considering selling a  food product? Join this interactive workshop about recipe development, nutrition
& labeling guidelines and cultivating a brand. For budding food entrepreneurs. Participants have the option to bring one of their own food products/recipes and get assistance in the development process for that product.

This session is led by Amanda Hewitt the product developer at Nelson Farms in Cazenovia, NY. Nelson fFarms is an incubator for new food businesses as well as a shared use processing facility rented out to farmers and food entrepreneurs.
