Maple Tree Tapping Ceremony

Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County and the St. Lawrence County Maple Producers Association invite you to the Annual Tree Tapping Ceremony to kick off the 2018 maple season.
The event will be held at the Extension Learning Farm in Canton,
Saturday, February 10th from
9:00 am until 11:00 am.
There will be a
FREE pancake breakfast served from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.The actual ceremonial tree tapping will take
place at 11:00 am.
Throughout the morning there will be demonstrations of maple confections and tours of the Extension Learning Farm. FFA and 4-H members will be available to assist with tours and answer any questions you may have.
