DAY 1
Covers 7 different modules to include Produce Safety, Worker Hygiene and Training, Soil Amendments, Land Use, Production Water, Postharvest Water, Postharvest Handling and Sanitation, Developing Farm Food Safety Plan

DAY 2
Develop your own Farm Food Safety Plan. GAPs auditor and other experts will be on hand to assist producers in developing plan.
