Come let Master Gardener Volunteers and CCE Horticulture Educator Paul Hetzler let you in on the secrets of identifying trees during winter. You will also learn about the cultural, medicinal, and commercial uses of the various trees found along St. Lawrence University’s Kip Nature Trail. No pre-registration needed. Dress for standing and walking outdoors.
Location: Wachmeister Field Station
This field station is located just outside the village of Canton on Route 27, heading south. It is set back from the road on the left, after the bridge crossing the Little River. See map below.
