St. Lawrence County Volunteers Attend National 4-H Shooting Sports Training

Two St. Lawrence County 4-H Shooting Sports Instructors, along with others from New York State, attended the National 4-H Shooting Sports training held June 6^th-11^th in Bryant Pond, Maine. Nicki Hamilton-Honey and Sue Smith participated in a week of intense training in archery and shotgun respectively. Nicki and Sue are now Certified State Instructors in their disciplines. They will be able to train adults, who will then go out and instruct youth in how to safely handle firearms and have fun while experiencing 4-H shooting sports.
