Robotics Programming

Robotics is an ever-evolving field serving both practical and fun purposes. Robotics is used in medicine, by NASA, for education, in music and in industry. Did you know that the first conveyor belt invited by Henry Ford is considered to be robotic? That is because robotics does not only refer to the photo below, it refers to a machine capable of performing a complex task. 

In the last fifteen years developments in robotics have necessitated that education for youth in those fields be readily available. Lego robotics has become one of the most popular training tools for you as well as the more advanced FIRST program. St. Lawrence County CCE intends to provide those same opportunities to local youth through beginner education programs and competitive and non-competitive 4-H clubs.
